The best of the best Kate is so knowledgeable about the market and was able to help us go from talking about selling to listed in 10 days. This time we were both selling and buying at the same time and Kate helped us navigate everything with ease. She was helping us and family members at the same time, and no matter what was happening, we felt like we were her only clients. She always got back to us in a timely manner, and makes sure all of the moving parts of both our home sale and purchase were happening. Kate is so professional, and isn’t obnoxiously pushy just looking for a sale. She had our best interests at heart at all times, and gave us insight into potential problems with homes. She told me early in the process that if an offer we put in was rejected, that we’d find a better home. With a limited budget, I didn’t think we would, but we ended up finding a place with all the biggest things we were looking for. I’m so grateful to know Kate, and while I know many people say their Realtor is the best, mine truly is.
