This time we were both selling and buying at the same time and Kate helped us navigate everything with ease. She was helping us and family members at the same time, and no matter what was happening, we felt like we were her only clients. She always got back to us in a timely manner, and makes sure all of the moving parts of both our home sale and purchase were happening. The Best Realtor!!! Kate has been the best realtor we’ve ever had. The home we were selling was in a small town in CO and houses were not selling. Her market knowledge, professionalism and sales skills are amazing While we were getting our house repaired from the Marshall Fire, Kate educated us on the current trends of paint, carpeting and other flooring, lighting and other items that needed to be replaced or repaired. Then she staged the house which made it look not only open and fresh but very warm and absolutely beautiful.
